$208,000–$260,000 / yr (as posted) — as given by the listing source

We're building a telehealth practice supporting both Medicare and non-Medicare patients. Nurse practitioners in this role conduct independent clinical telehealth encounters, evaluating patients, determining medical necessity, and issuing orders within their full scope of practice. This is a flat-fee, per-encounter contract role, not a staff position. Training on call conduct and documentation is provided. Responsibilities • Conduct independent telehealth encounters with patients • Perform clini.

License reality for this role

Nurses practicing telehealth across state lines rely on the Nurse Licensure Compact — a multistate license lets an RN or NP see patients in every compact state from home. Not every state is a member, so the employer’s patient states decide which licenses you need.
