PSYCHIATRIC CLINIC LEAD-NURSE PRACTIONER The Clinical Lead - Nurse Practitioner (NP) will work in collaboration with TeamCare primary care physicians to ensure proper oversight and coordination of patient care. The role’s core responsibilities entail: gathering detailed histories, performing physical exam and conducting relevant diagnostic tests, diagnosing and treating common medical conditions within their scope of practice, managing patients with chronic illne.
