Avante At Inverness, INC - Prominent Post Acute Care organization has flexible opportunities for Florida-licensed Regional Medical Directors in all sub-specialties including Cardiology, Pulmonary, Vascular, Wound Care, Nephrology, Neurology, Psychiatry, and Pain Management. Using our innovative model combining Nurse practitioners, Telehealth and In persons visits, our physicians are able to lead a collaborative group of clinicians to provide much needed sub specialty care to our post acute care.
