GENERAL SUMMARY We are seeking a highly skilled, compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care through a combination of in-home patient visits, telehealth patient consults with Nurse Practitioners or Physicians as required , and administrative tasks . The CareConnect Team at WellBe supports timely response to patients’ changing needs and this role will be instrumental in delivering this care consistently and in a patient-first manner.
